Mold Detox + Dad's Running on Fumes

Hey Fitlifer!
Father's Day always makes me pause for a minute because most dads I know are carrying a lot. They're trying to provide, protect, lead their families, show up for their kids, support their partners, and somehow still find enough energy at the end of the day to take care of themselves.
It's easy to put your own health at the bottom of the list.
But the truth is, the people who depend on you need the strongest version of you, and not the exhausted version running on fumes.
That's one reason I've been loving Shilajit… everyday. It's packed with trace minerals and has become one of my favorite tools for supporting energy, recovery, and resilience when life demands a lot from you.
So whether you're a father, celebrating one, missing one, or stepping into that role for someone else, I hope you take a moment this weekend to appreciate the incredible responsibility of showing up for others.
Now let's get into this week's newsletter.

In my latest YouTube video, I break down what they mean, why they happen, and how glutathione may be one of the missing pieces.

🛠️ What Dad Really Wants This Father’s Day
Most dads don't want a giant production. They want time with the people they love, and maybe control of the thermostat for one day.
A Few Simple Ideas:
Take a family adventure: A hike, beach walk, fishing trip, or even a walk around the neighborhood. The destination matters less than the company.
Cook something together: Dad's favorite meal. A backyard grill session. Pancakes that are slightly burnt but made with love.
Gift him something that keeps him going: If your dad is always showing up for everyone else, give him something that supports his energy. Shilajit is packed with trace minerals and has become one of my favorite tools for helping men support vitality, recovery, and resilience.
Have a backyard movie night: Blankets, popcorn, and dad's favorite movie. Simple wins.
Create something meaningful: A handwritten card, photo book, or video message from the family often means more than anything money can buy.
The best Father's Day memories don't come from expensive gifts. They come from slowing down, being present, and reminding dad how much he means to the people who matter most.
💪 Dad’s Daily Power Juice
This Father's Day, here's a simple juice that supports his energy, heart health, and stamina. No mystery ingredients. No chemistry degree required.

3 large carrots
1 medium beet
1 apple, cored

Why It Works:
Carrots provide beta-carotene to support immunity and eye health.
Beets contain natural nitrates that support circulation, endurance, and heart health.
Apple adds natural sweetness plus antioxidants.
Ginger supports healthy circulation and gives this juice a refreshing kick.
This juice is simple, nutrient-dense, and packed with ingredients that help dads stay energized for whatever life throws at them.
