The top 8 superfoods I take to repair my body and protect it from EMFs and oxidative stress.
Hi There Fitlifer,
Did you know more people have access to smartphones than toilets? Or clean running water?
In fact… are you reading this article on your smartphone right now?
If so, you’ll want to pay close attention to this crucial message…
While our devices have become indispensable, their negative impact on our bodies—particularly our nervous systems—is well-documented.
So how bad is it?
Electromagnetic fields (EMFs) are radiation emitted by electrical devices and other natural sources. EMFs can cause chemical disruptions, like breaking down large cellular molecules and disturbing ionic balances.
That’s scary.
In America, 90% of people have their phones within reach 24/7!
In fact, attachment to our devices is expected. With the demands of toxic workplace cultures and the constant pressure to stay connected, it’s become nearly impossible to truly unplug.
Studies have also shown that EMF exposure leads to oxidative stress, increasing free radical concentrations. Free radicals can be generated by: ultraviolet light, medications, lipid oxidation, immune reactions, radiation, stress, smoking, alcohol, and biochemical redox reactions.
And here’s the thing…
Oxygen, while vital for life, can produce harmful byproducts known as reactive oxygen species (ROS) during biological processes. ROS can damage proteins, lipids, and even DNA. As if our bodies weren’t dealing with enough already!
Fortunately, our bodies have antioxidant defense systems to control free radical formation and mitigate their harmful effects. But our defenses aren’t really strong enough to deal with all these things at the same time. That’s why I give my body some nutritional help.
So without further ado, here are 8 superfoods I take to repair my body and protect it from EMFs and oxidative stress.
Number 1: Reishi, known as the “Mushroom of Immortality.”
It has anti-inflammatory properties, modulates immune responses, protects the liver, shields against radiation exposure, and provides defense against EMF-induced damage. You can find Reishi conveniently in Organifi Gold.
Number 2: Turmeric, the “Golden Spice.”
Turmeric contains the active compound curcumin, renowned for its antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties. It helps mitigate the oxidative stress caused by EMF exposure and is a formidable ally against radiation-induced damage. You can also find turmeric in Organifi Gold.
Number 3: Ginkgo Biloba, the “Tree of Ancient Wisdom.”
The compounds found in these leaves enhance cognitive function and improve circulation, which supports mental clarity and overall brain health, and helps alleviate brain fog. Ginkgo also helps protect against cell phone radiation damage and oxidative stress.
Number 4: Matcha Green Tea, the… “Tea With No Other Nickname.”
This is a potent source of antioxidants with protective effects against radiation exposure. That means it can help prevent the deaths of brain cells that were exposed to EMFs, as well as counteract the neurological impacts of EMFs. It tastes great, too—that’s why it’s a part of Organifi Green Juice.
Number 5: Ashwagandha, the “Strength of the Stallion.”
This adaptogenic herb aids in stress recovery and maintaining cortisol balance, as well as boosting vitality and protecting the liver from radiation-induced damage. Ashwagandha helps your body cope with all kinds of daily stressors, including EMFs. This is another one you’ll find in Organifi Green Juice.
Number 6 & 7: Spirulina and Chlorella - “Multivitamins From the Sea.”
These are both nutrient-dense algae rich in antioxidants and help enhance the body’s natural defenses against radiation. They can also both help prevent damage by scavenging free radicals generated by EMF exposure. And guess what—they can be found in Organifi Green Juice, too.
Number 8: Gotu Kola, the “Archer’s Herb”.
This aquatic plant may help improve microcirculation in the eyes and enhance vision. Even better, it helps protect against EMF-related eye conditions, which is super helpful for all of us spending long hours in front of screens. This one you can find in Organifi Happy Drops.
With all the toxins, EMFs, and oxidative stress I encounter regularly, I take at least two of the above every day (and usually a lot more). You can brew these ingredients into teas, take them in supplement form, or my personal favorite: get them in delicious superfood powders by Organifi. Either way, make sure they’re organic and Glyphosate Residue-Free.
In closing, I urge you all to take some time for yourself, power down your device for an hour or more a day, and let it rest along with your mind and body.
And if you’re not ready to do that yet, try introducing some of these foods into your routine.
Safe scrolling, my friends!
💪Keto is not good for gains? Study shows that a high-carb/low-fat diet was better than a low-carb/high-fat diet for increasing strength and muscle but resulted in less weight loss.
♫ Music can help us age more gracefully. Playing musical instruments was associated with significantly better working memory and executive function in older adults while singing was linked to improved executive function. The study suggests that engaging in musical activities throughout life may help build cognitive reserve and protect brain health as we age
🚜Glyphosate causing male infertility? Study shows glyphosate found in 57% of sperm samples from infertile men. Roundup's main ingredient alters sperm DNA, potentially reducing sperm quality and quantity, contributing to rising male infertility rates. It’s time to go glyphosate free my friends.
😷Toxic roads polluting our air? Toxic roads polluting our air? A new study reveals that chemicals from road materials, particularly 6PPD-quinone from tire wear, are major contributors to air pollution. This toxic substance, linked to mass deaths of salmon, is now found to be prevalent in the air we breathe, raising concerns about its potential impact on human health
💔Heart attacks rising in young adults? A concerning trend shows heart attacks increasing in people under 40, with a 2% annual rise in those aged 20-30. Key factors include diabetes, hypertension, obesity, smoking, vaping, and substance abuse.
