Father’s Day Dad Joke of The Week

What do you call a cantaloupe in a swimming pool?

Punchline at the bottom

💛 Why is saffron so darn expensive?

If you’ve ever looked up Saffron, you probably had to pick your jaw up off the floor when you saw the price. It’s expensive. Very, very expensive. But why? And is it worth it?

Well, first off, it’s very difficult to harvest this small delicate flower. It has to be plucked by hand because machines will crush the petals. They can only be picked before or just after dawn because they’ll get scorched by direct sunlight. And here’s the kicker: It takes 75,000 flowers to equal just one pound of usable saffron.

So again I ask: Why would anyone go through this? It must be something mind-blowing, right?

I’m happy to say that it is totally worth it, and it is indeed mind-blowing—in the happiest way.

The compounds in saffron are shown to help your brain modulate its levels of serotonin. Serotonin is one of your “happy chemicals” and saffron helps your brain keep more of it around for longer.

Saffron also contains antioxidant properties which can help protect your brain from oxidative stress. It’s currently being studied for its anti-inflammatory effects and potential to improve cognitive function, sleep, and more.

Ok, got it. Saffron rules. But if it’s so expensive and hard to get, only the rich can enjoy its benefits. Right?

Not any-freakin-more.

Thanks to my incredible team at Organifi we’ve developed an affordable means of adding a clinical dose of saffron (and a whole bunch of other mood-boosting superfoods) into a bite-sized gummy.

I am so excited to introduce you to the Organifi Happy Drops.

☀️ Why I created my new serotonin-boosting superfood gummy: Happy Drops

I’ll be honest: I was in a bad place, but it didn’t look like it.

I had reached a level of success nobody in my family had ever dreamed of reaching. In fact, probably in my entire hometown. I had the perfect marriage, a career as an entrepreneur, and a brand new baby girl (the most adorable child ever). Still, I was not happy.

My happiness was in the trash can.

After four years of constant stress, my serotonin levels had plummeted.

I no longer felt like springing out of bed. I put on about 30 pounds of body fat. I felt like a shell of who I used to be. The light in my eyes was completely gone. I felt invisible to the world.

I tried to get back on track with my workouts, tried to stay focused, and tried to stick to a routine… only to fail time and time again.

I needed something from the external world to help… something that wouldn’t hinder me in the long run. So, I started researching superfoods that could potentially help my serotonin levels.

I stumbled upon something revolutionary. And it’s helping many people live brighter, happier days.

What I found was Saffron.

After trying everything before this, I didn’t have much faith in this working out as well as it did. But what it does to help elevate the mood is nothing short of amazing.

Not only did it work for me, it’s helped countless others through history and up to this point. It’s clinically studied and proven to work. Some people have even had completely life-changing experiences with this natural uplifter.

So I got to work. I tested this in different delivery mechanisms and with various other superfoods like a mad scientist in a lab.

The result? A chewy lemon gummy that tastes great and makes you feel happy.

That’s why I call them Happy Drops.

Just pop a couple of these and feel your lightness come back into your life—just like mine did.

And because I think this may be the most important thing I’ve ever created, I’m making sure the price stays as low as humanly possible.

These are real gifts: the gifts of joy, peace, serenity, and happiness.

I hope you’ll give Happy Drops a try!

🍆 Men with lower testosterone die earlier?

Men with low testosterone might be at risk of a lower death according to a recent study.

Avoid these 3 things because they can destroy your testosterone. (and ladies, please stop your man from eating these things, we don’t want a guy with low T.)

  1. Excessive alcohol consumption can disrupt the hypothalamic-pituitary-gonadal axis, leading to decreased testosterone production.

  2. Chips and Fried foods (especially those fried in partially hydrogenated oils) have been linked to increased body weight and decreased testosterone levels, likely due to their negative impact on overall health and hormone regulation.

  3. Double-check your protein because soy-based proteins are a no-go my dudes.

Soy contains isoflavones, which are plant-based compounds that can mimic estrogen in the body and potentially lower testosterone levels.

If you’re looking to boost your testosterone or help your man out, enjoy some Shilajit Gummies and Ashwagandha (found in Organifi Green Juice).
