Your body is smarter than every doctor, coach, and wellness guru combined. I know that sounds bold, but hear me out.

🧠 The Dopamine Reset

Your brain is fried. Don't take it personally - so is everyone else's.
We've turned ourselves into dopamine junkies: social media scroll, coffee refill, notification ping, sugar rush. Every little hit feels good, but here's the problem - the more you spike it, the less sensitive you become.
This is why brilliant ideas don't come when you're scrolling Instagram. Your dopamine baseline is so jacked that your brain can't access the quiet, creative states anymore.
The Reset
Embrace boredom - Even 10 minutes without stimulation. No phone, no music. Let your mind wander. This is where creativity lives.

Move without headphones - Walk in silence. Stretch without a podcast. Let your thoughts flow.
Create before you consume - Write three sentences before reading news. Sketch before scrolling. Journal before checking email.
